TERMS AND CONDITIONS | DURRA

Welcome to DURRA. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are
DURRA is operated by Integrated Digital City, Sultanate of Oman (Commercial Registration No. 1379912). Contact: hello@durra.studio | WhatsApp +968 77160100.

2. Using our website
Please give correct information when you order, and use the website only for lawful purposes. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

3. Products and photos
We try to show our products as they really are. Sizes and colours may look slightly different from the photos because of image dimensions, screens and printing. If the item you receive does not match the item shown, we will replace it. See our After-Sales Policy.

4. Prices and currency
- Our prices are set in Omani Rial (OMR).
- Our website shows prices in the local currency of each country's page. You pay the amount in OMR, and the local price is shown for your convenience.
- Your bank or payment method may add extra charges on top of the price, such as currency conversion fees or local fees. These depend on your payment method and country, and we do not control them.
- The price shown at checkout is the price we charge. We do not add hidden charges.
- Payments are processed by secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Your order
You can order through our website or WhatsApp. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or there is a pricing error, and we will refund you in full.

6. Personalised products
- You are responsible for the designs, images and texts you send us. Please only send designs that you own or have permission to use.
- We do not print designs that go against religious values, public morals, customs, or the law. We may refuse such orders and refund you.
- Please check your design carefully before approving it. We print exactly what you approve.
- You keep the rights to your design. You allow us to use it only to make your order.

7. Cancellation
- Before your order is prepared or printed: you can cancel free of charge. Please contact us immediately.
- After your order is printed or prepared: we deduct the costs already incurred, and refund the rest of the amount you paid, depending on the item and the order.
- After your order is shipped: we cannot cancel it.
- In all cases, we take force majeure (circumstances beyond our control) into account.

8. Delivery
We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Delivery costs and estimated dates are shown before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for details. For international orders, customs duties and taxes, if any, are set by the destination country.

9. Returns and refunds
You have 15 days from the day you receive your item to request an exchange, or a return and refund, if it is damaged, defective, or clearly different from what was shown or approved. See our After-Sales Policy.

10. Your rights and complaints
- Your rights as a consumer are protected. These terms do not limit your rights under Oman's Consumer Protection Law.
- To file a complaint, contact us on WhatsApp at +968 77160100 or by email at hello@durra.studio. We will handle any issue within 5 working days.
- If we cannot solve a problem together, you may contact the Consumer Protection Authority.

11. Our content
The DURRA name, logo, designs, photos and website content belong to us. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

12. Privacy
The personal data you enter when ordering is shared only with service providers, such as shipping and online payment companies, in line with the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. Apart from this, your data is kept safe and is not shared.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website on the day of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law and unwritten matters
These terms follow the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. For anything not written in these terms, or in case of complaints or force majeure, the laws and regulations issued by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman apply.
