We ship worldwide with DHL Express, so your order arrives fast and can be tracked.
- Preparing your order: Ready items ship within 2 working days. Personalised items are printed to order, so they need 2-3 working days before shipping.
- Shipping cost and delivery date: The shipping cost and the estimated delivery date are shown at checkout, before you pay. We never add shipping charges after you order.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, we send you a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
- Your address: Please check your address and phone number when ordering. DHL needs them to deliver, and the courier may call you.
- Customs: For international orders, customs duties and taxes of the destination country, if any, are set by that country's customs authorities.
- Careful packing: We pack every order to protect it, especially fragile items such as drinkware.
- Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged or not as ordered, take photos of the parcel and the item, and contact us within 15 days of receiving it. See our After-Sales Policy.
- Delays: If your order is late, contact us and we will follow up with DHL.
- Your data: We use your name, address and phone number only to process and deliver your order. We share them with DHL only for delivery.
